Sheeeit! If this is where your mind is at on a Saturday night it's too late. Disregard all previous recommendations.
"OTC products to help memory"
1. pocket sized notepad
2. ink pen
Good luck!

I've been taking Alpha Brain by Onnit for years. I like it. It's a little hard on your stomach at first so maybe start slow.

Anyone know of anything to help elderly women with their memory? The least amount of pills would be helpful though. Grandma could use something that she can take, but won't effect her ability to sleep. So something in the morning the bells. Thx.

1) creatine
plenty of other nootropics out there but one i really like is N-phenylacetyl-L-prolylglycine ethyl ester aka N-pept. I personally like the one from LGI supplements but there are plenty of good ones out there. Lots of people like Choline too

Ok. How much should she take you think? Yeah, so your comments I've read on creatine have definitely awoken me to it being more than just for body builders,

nootropics
Ive been trying to find a good one for myself. Help replace Adderall. Though Ive weeded off of it yrs ago, as it was having affects i didn't like. Though I do miss how it helps me fight thru my procrastination. Which I havent been able to find in the nootropics I've tried.
Dose by Mindhoney is one I've tried recently that had a affect I didn't like. Though had some decent effects. But stopped pretty quick
I just came across a liquid by Health Direct called aminomind: nootropic collagen. Which I plan on starting soon to see how it works.
I'll have to look into LGIs version. Thanks for the help and info.
