Her grandfather has lots of money to donate to NIL. Used to own Spectrum fitness and throws wild parties in CCLA.

Hopefully, but she has earned the scholarship and will no doubt retain it. I believ anyone who is unable to permanantly continue playing due to a medical condition can remain on scholarship through graduation without it counting against the limit.

For someone who could hardly care less about women's sports and after being tortured by the portal and NIL, that was quite refreshing.

And THIS is exactly one of the reasons that HS girls want to play for Kim Mulkey. She is rough around the edges to be kind but she is not only a great coach and motivator but prospects have to see actions like this to show the coach has a good heart and cares about more than just how many wins she has. You don't ever hear of any problems in her locker room...that is not luck.

They really haven't given any info since the initial announcement, hopefully it is OK now or at least won't be a long term health problem for her. She's too young to be dealing with heart problems.
