Yes. His daughter also wrote, "Please Be With Me" that uncovers a few things that music journalists/writers wouldn't have been able to.

And while The Beatles may be of the "Boomer era," all four of them were born in the Silent Generation (1928-1945).

Don’t disagree with any so far.

Add: The (Young) Rascals, Jimi Hendrix (did you know he once played BR?), The Doors, Steppenwulf, Donovan, the Grassroots (although not exactly a band), and Cream. And, of course, Robert Zimmerman.

And the band Yes has been around since 1968. Known for synth.
