Mike Johnson is rising to hate levels i reserve for Lindsay and Swallowswell.....keep it up and he will he be at Schiff and Schumer level. He has to be 100% compromised in a fig situation.

If they want to CR, pass a CR.
If they want to add disaster relief because they spend all the currently allocated disaster relief to migrants, then pass separately on its own.
