They invented an easier way, but not better. The ink customization and writing experience with a nice fountain pen on nice paper is unmatched if you enjoy a daily journal or custom notes and cards for people

Have you used a good fountain pen?

It doesn’t even have to be expensive. And entry level Pilot feels great to write with.

A few times whilst signing my child support checks.

Is your hand covered in ink at the end of a session?

No no no. I've got enough expensive pointless hobbies already. Not adding fountain pens to it.

I sometimes bitch when a pen fricks up but I just grab the nearest Bic clic and continue on.

Coach O used a fountain pen to draw up plays during intermission at the opera. The man never stopped working.

I only use a quill.

To hell with those newfangled conveniences. Get back to basics with a copper chisel and a hammer to carve out stone tablets.

That looks very nice. I would lose it within 2 weeks.

My biggest gripe with fountain pens is if anything you write happens to get wet for some reason, it really messes it up, if not totally ruins it the way it runs.

Is this what the salesman said? I'll have my butler reach out to you. I haven't written in years...

These were not made for the left handed.
