I think this is a great matchup. Should be a great game!
I will give Tennessee the slight advantage because of the track record of Ohio State against SEC teams.

Tennessee can’t play in cold weather. No SEC team can. Prove me wrong.

The only game I'm excited about

What's the cleat length regulation now?

Depends on which Tennessee team shows up. They’ve been wildly inconsistent, imo.

Not an SEC team, but this reminds me of when UW played Miami in a bowl where it was around 50 degrees.
Miami had sideline heaters going and were dressed like they were in the Arctic.
We crushed them.

I remember when the Los Angeles Raiders played at Buffalo in the AFC Championship game and the score was like 50 to nothing for the Bills.... Raider players were were wearing cozies and ski masks and played like they didn't want to be there.

I’d argue Ohio State is the more inconsistent team at the moment lol

Have you been to Knoxville in November and December? lol
Tennessee's team oddly enough is probably the best SEC team this year to handle cold weather.

Ideal weather for Ohio State would be mid 30s, no rain or wind.
If it's inclimate, we will just run it up the middle and lose.

We can and do all the time. Just not in December

Yes because bowl games from the 70s and 80s are relevant to a game played in 2024
What stooges

Can’t wait for it to be 55 and sunny after years of B1G fans talking about SEC teams can’t play up north in the winter

True but these have usually been late season neutral site contests.
I’m intrigued to see the Vols (or really any traditional SEC power) playing a very late season game north of the Mason-Dixon line.
Not saying they can’t get it done but it’s a new twist the SEC schools really haven’t had to deal with before.
As a college football fan in general, I’m looking forward to this matchup.
