Good luck prying him away. He's a great college QB. Who knows about the NFL, but he's at a top academic institution, in a city that offers opportunities outside of football that are among the best anywhere.

FYI...I grew up with his mom in West Monroe so he has a Louisiana tie in.

His Grandfather was the Principal at Springhill High School until he retired. His Dad was part of the 1984 or 1985 State Championship Team there. He definitely has a ton of Louisiana ties.
