Is unreal how college football has deteriorated so darn rapidly.
I know, I know it has always been around - and it has - but not like this - transferring is out of control, the $$$$$ is obscene, free agency rules, crazy number of years of eligibility

This is basically what they were offering Underwood.
1.5 a year for 3/4 years.
Seems like Kelly wants to keep everyone under a mil.
And that is for the bigger name guys like Campbell, Perkins, and nuss.
It will be interesting to see if he changes his thoughts on this.

That number would be full 4 years at around 1million a yearish no other player other than a lesserwood type num 1 qb could get that per year but yes if your lsu you have to match for program pride alone and for competition smelling blood for in state kids but i highly dout the broke lsu boosters will so..

Absolutely not because you set the precedent t moving forward and the kid hasn’t proven anything. Getting a sure bet out of the portal is cheaper and you could get a Dlineman and a safety for that. It’s just stupid.
