That’s right, starting December 3rd the McRib is back nationwide! It’s going to be a merry Christmas after all!

When it was "back" a few years ago I realized I hadn't had one in 20 years so I got one. I was sick for two days. The McRib is dead to me.

The McRib is made by pouring a barbecue rib-like gelatinous blob into a mold. It’s then pressed and prepped into a sandwich.

It'll be back around Easter also. It comes back every time there is a run on Holiday hams. The other pork parts are plentiful. Bacon will go on sale soon for the same reasons.
