Ok....NOW We Are The Laughingstock of CFB

I am one of those few that will tell you I am really happy we did not offer to pay a kid 12M to come here without playing a down in the SEC.
However, we paid 10M a year (plus) for a HC and a staff that has now regressed in three years. The CFB media hated when Tier 2 LSU took away a coach from a Tier 1 team, and immediately rooted for our demise. Everyone that didn't suck NDs cock for 20 years knew what BK was.
Fast forward three years later and LSU is still where we were when we hired him. Another 5-6 loss season is staring us in the face, and now the top recruit in the country flipped to a Tier 1 media darling.
All the major outlets and CFB social media folks are pointing and laughing at us today.
Anyone who didn't see all of this coming just didn't pay attention to CFB the last 15 or so years. Now we are stuck in mediocrity for at least another five years after we lose more recruits today.
Bye bye top 10 class and bye bye relevancy for quite a while.
We should have listened. We didn't. Now we wait (again)

Hurly can be special! I have truly believed that since his recruitment. I was actually on the fence about Underwood because I thought Hurly would transfer out.

I am very aware LSU has 2 more 4 start QBs in the locker room behind Nuss.
That isn't my point.
LSU had a Heisman winning QB last year and the 10M a year coach still lost three games, and needed our QB to be perfect in order not to lose more.
Perhaps we should not put our money on overrated coaches and use it for something else?
BK isn't going to win shite. That is obvious and that is likely a huge reason why we won't hold on to top recruits.
After what we have witnessed the last three games, and three seasons, would you want your kid playing for this guy? I wouldn't. He's a loser, and an arrogant one at that.

I don’t see how anyone can be laughing at us. If anything maybe people are starting to realize that NIL is getting out of hand and no matter how good a team or coach is kids will chase $.
I think our situation may help open the eyes of the powers that be to help reel in NIL. IDK, maybe I’m just wishful thinking.

Because the defense sucked, the transfers didn't work out like the first year in building back up the roster...if they had worked out like they did the first year LSU most likely wins the natty last year...
Nuss has flat out killed this team this year with his turnovers and we all knew he was a turnover machine going into the season...

No, I quit paying large sums of money years ago to attend games. Really glad I stopped now.

Not trying to spin anything...just no need to freak out...its the NIL era and until any recruit signs and shows up on campus commitments mean absolutely nothing anymore so why worry about it...

This isn’t the blow many believe it to be. It is, however,, exactly what the program deserves for basically forfeiting the season to get a single player that may or may not pan out. LSU is still in Good shape at the quarterback position but opportunity must be given to the backups at this point.
