So is Deion the answer?

I know this is going to be massively unpopular around here however, hear me out.
I was a fan of Deion his first year at Colorado because he shook up how college football has traditionally been done because he could see the changes and exploited them. I can’t stand how he and his kids have acted after the first year with their pompous self-aggrandizement.
With that being said it looks like kids want to play for him even though it’s at Colorado. I’m willing to suck it up with all his baggage if he were to come here and continue to do what he is doing at Colorado. He seems to have a connection with his players which BK is sorely lacking. It’s very risky I know because he could be a ticking time bomb.
I think it’s worth the risk. Almost anything is better than BK.

I remember him saying it's better to select 11 guys from HS and the rest portal because in most classes 10+ players end up leaving anyway. While it seems crazy that's not the worst outlook.

He's heading back to Dallas.

Deion got a 5 star QB today
BK lost a 5 star QB today

Bk is probably here for a while, but when he is fired they need to go after a Deion type. Old school won't work in the college game anymore. NIL and portal success are all that matters.

Deion would do wonders for recruiting.
And could probably hire a better OC

This is the kind of thinking that brought Kelly here. Quit hiring brands and hire a football coach.

This just happened

I LOVE ad hominem attacks. Makes you look so witty and smart. Good job!
Bottom line is look at what Deion has done at Colorado vs what BK has done at LSU. It’s as simple as that.
LSU is a traditional football power for the last 20 years. Colorado hasn’t done anything since the phantom 5th down back in 1990.
You may not like Deion, I get it. He may be a flash in the pan however, look at what we have now. We have the fricking Titanic and you just want to bury your head in the sand. I’m willing to take a chance. Colorado did, I’d say they are satisfied with their decision.

Kelly isn't a brand.
He was actually known as a football coach. It just doesn't work at lsu. It worked at notre dame.

It worked at ND mainly because they hardly ever play anyone and it was Pre-NIL. BK is a dinosaur.

If Coach Clown ever becomes LSU coach, I will actively root for the opponent every week. Just like I did when Less Miles was coach.
