Once again, Delta proves that it's the best domestic airline by leaps and bounds. Pilot program starts out of Logan Airport 12/1.

The crazy thing, despite reputation, all of my worst flight experiences have been with Delta and their customer service has never impressed me (even relative to other airlines). Right now, I'd say United is doing it better than anyone else.....but I wouldn't have said that 5 years ago.

It’s only for first class passengers, so it will be $0.

I’ve had the exact opposite experience. I avoid United like the plague; have never had good luck with them. Delta, however, has always been rock solid for me and I fly them whenever practical.

I always get grossed out when people bring these messy, sloppy, smelly meals on airplanes

Delta is the only major domestic airline worth flying

I have no idea what dimension you live in, but it's certainly not the same one as me.
Since 2020:
United
8 out of 15 flights delayed
2 out of 15 flights completely cancelled
Total 10/15 flights (67%) flights either delayed or cancelled
Reasons: Weather (3/10), Plane broken (2/10), Improper crew scheduling (5/10).
Delta
1 out of 26 flights delayed
Reasons: Weather (1/1)

It’s awful. Shake shack on a plane is foul. And on a domestic flight that is at most 3 hours?
Is there a prize for being as fat as you possibly can?

I originally downvoted, refreshed and then upvoted once I processed the word “major.” Alaska and Hawaii, now same airline, are domestic and better, but not major.
