Il Supremo Pizza and Pasta — Old Metairie

Anyone try this place yet? It’s off Metairie Rd on Pink St. (by Old Metairie Village). We haven’t been yet, but plan on checking it out this weekend. The place looks like it’s got potential.

There is some indoor seating, but it appears to be pretty limited.

We tried it last week.
While the toppings and sauce were good, I felt the dough was unevenly cooked. The bottom was cooked but the top seemed undercooked and doughy.
It may have been an off night and would try again.

Reading TulaneLSU's Pizza thread made me hungry for some pizza, and I remembered seeing this thread and decided to give iL Supremo a try today.
I got a basic pepperoni pizza and thought it was very good. I think I rank it behind the St.Pizza but this was $21 instead of $35 at St
