Dims have shifted from asking "how" to now saying "it's not really THAT big of a mandate"

This article talks about "13 states won with under a 10% margin"....got it...so you need to win by MORE than 10% for it to be impressive.

LINK

And here they talk about how Trump is "now under 50% of the popular vote" but don't ask what % Harris was and don't think about the fact that he won the PV because that's not the point.

I’ve noticed that too today. It’s funny how they ALL spout the same talking points at the exact same time. Like, he might have won the popular vote but it was by a much smaller margin that HRC did.

Biden got in with a lot less and was able to bring us up front to a nuclear war so I’m thinking that they could kiss my arse now

What is a mandate? It is a victory so convincing that the opposition cannot oppose you and remain viable.

I think we will see that on immigration that is largely the case. Some local officials will oppose, but the congress will give Trump what he needs to control immigration.

On deportations we will see agreement on violent criminals and stout opposition on deporting working illegals. So, no mandate on that.

On Ukraine and Israel Trump’s positions were to negotiate an honorable end to the Ukraine war and support Israel to the hilt. He’ll easily get support on those. He doesn’t need support on Ukraine but he does on Israel. So plenty of mandate there.

On slashing the government? Don’t make me laugh. They will oppose him every step of the way and so will most Republicans. If he is careful, and pushes for popular things like term limits, and exempts incumbents, he could get things done here. Tackling insider trading is another good one.

He’ll get the extension of the tax cuts, too. So plenty of mandate there.

All the Democrats have to do to come back is give up the tranny nonsense and lay low on DEI crap. If they do that and get a decent break on economic news they will control the House in 2026 and the whole government in 2028. Oh, but they will have to run a candidate who isn’t a DEI pick, and that might be a bridge too far for those yo-yos.

Trump won so we now get his polices whether they're good or bad for us(it's a mixed bag). I'm just assuming the stupid shite he says like tarrifs never gets implemented for the most part or if it does that he has to roll it back because of inflation.

I made a prediction after the election that they would keeping counting and creating fake votes to remove the mandate.

They're not done and I expect in the next week or two, it'll shift from not that big to no mandate at all.

The Gaslight Media propaganda apparatus has been a precise coordinated misinformation attack against the American people for 60 years, they have gone off the rails the past 8 years.

You knew it was only a matter of time until this was their strategy.

First off, According to the AP, at the time I writing this post at 12:48 on 11/19/24 Trump has 76,560,957 votes out of 153,031,530 total votes which is 50% of the vote, not 49% so he has not dropped under 50.

Harris 73,939,989 votes for a percentage of 48.3

Trump's lead over Harris Since election night:
11/6/2024 - 4,698,752 votes
11/10/2024 - 3,528,174
11/14/2024 - 2,620,968 (as off 1:00 pm)

The majority of these votes are from California and Oregon who were both at 80% of the vote at the beginning of last week.

It's not shocking that Trumps lead will dwindle as votes from those two states come in.

What the articles won't tell you is that he's still going to bean Harris in the popular vote which is still a pretty big deal.

What the media also won't point out is that Bill Clinton won his two elections with 43% of the vote in 1992 and 49.2% in 1996.

An of course none of it really matters since convincingly won the electoral vote and won all the swing states!
