You think we are going to replace him for 60 million? Good luck. I’m not saying LSU couldn’t do it but it would set us so far back in terms of NIL think of how many Bryce underwood’s that is at 10 million, 6 if not more. We need to hope that he can retain this class and get a top 5 one in 2026. We’ll see what he can do with two top 5 classes. I’m probably going to get shite on and I’m probably coping, but what other option do we have? spread negativity throughout the program? Only going to make things worse and suck.

I believe we are reaching the inflection point and BK's actions this offseason will determine the ultimate trajectory of his tenure at LSU.

Acknowledging reality is not sunshine pumping.
Fact is, BK’s contract makes him untouchable and there is nothing we can do about it.
Yes it sucks and the program will be irrelevant for several years to come if not even longer.
But we are stuck because Woody’s contract negotiation tactic is to just write a blank check for an absurd length of time.

You are correct he is the LSU head football coach. Don’t forget you have those on here and their infinite wisdom, they want to criticize Woodward for hiring Kelly & providing that ridiculous contract. Yet in the same breath they want to pay out the $60 million dollar.
I don’t disagree. You have to question the hiring of Woodward and I was in his corner who wouldn’t want Woodward after Joe Aleva.

Being honest I do not see BK going anywhere in nest 2-3 years.
I hope we never enter another long term contract without so outs such as 2 years finishing out of top 20.
