Agreed. It’s too big of an investment to find out it’s a bad fit/bad hire whatever.
There has to be some motivation for the coach and a way to walk away without being financially devastated

We are almost the only retards paying 11 mllion for a high school kid to save a program that is lacking in fundamentals . I am a fan , I don’t coach , but .., WTH are you doing ??!!
