you can cry and scream until the cows come home but right now LSU is paying for an entire defensive staff that they let go from last year, and they still owe Brian Kelly 61 million if they fired him today. so changes are not going to be coming like you want, so just accept it.

We have let coaches become way too powerful with this kind of nonsense. He is disincentivied from day one. We saw this when they fired O... Whom said "You said if you are paying me that much, which door do I leave out of and what time do you want me to leave".

Nobody who is expected to produce should get this kind of guaranteed entitlement. Anyone who runs a legitimate business understands the problems associated with this stupidity.

Much of your post is correct, but tarnishes with this crap. UDub and A&M both hired Woody and would have him as AD today.

Mulkey and Jay Johnson aren’t coming unless they report to a supportive boss like Woody.

BK had the resume and was a “good” hire. It doesn’t appear to be working out. Who would you have hired in retrospect? Lincoln, Napier? If you’re going to critical the hire tell us in retrospect what you’ve have done differently.

How do you know that? They came up with the money to pay him and the staff, they can come up with the cash to run them off. He will get one more year, max. It's playoffs or bust in 2025. If LSU misses out, then he's gone. Right now, there's obviously a culture problem. In 10 quarters since the 2nd half of the ATM game, the team has done a 180. Something is seriously going on internally. 2 defensive starters were "suspended" for the 1st quarter yesterday for reasons, unknown. Kelly will have one more year to fix it. IMO, play the young , and hungry guys the next 2 weeks, that can compete for starting positions in 2025. What's the worse that can happen? 6-6? Saban lost 5 games in his 3rd year.
