He could come here and have a NC handed to him like LM and EO did?
The streak ends with him

I mean, I doubt it. You talk as if BK was never a HC at a big school.

Well neither Miles nor Orgeron won NCs based on their visionary coaching prowess

The funny thing is he was a competent defense away from that very thing happening.

That had to have been foremost in his mind. People talked about it constantly when he was hired and his “fit” and was challenged. You would think that if two clowns (as portrayed in the media) like Miles and Orgeron could pull it off here, a more highly accomplished coach with a “no-nonsense” mindset could field a contender.

Right. When he had a talented QB, the offense was magical. It isn’t like he didn’t know what to do with his Heisman QB. The problem was the horrific defense.

This year, the defense IS better. But the offense did get worse after losing its Heisman QB. We all expected it to happen.

I certainly thought he’d win big here, based on his success as a HC. And he still might, but we aren’t a patient fanbase.

Kelly inherited a much different program than Miles and O. Both of them inherited a lsu program littered with future nfl draft picks on both sides of the ball while Kelly inherited a worse roster than Saban did in 2000.

No. He just assumed he was smarter that Les and O and thought it would be easy.

This just isn’t true. Look at the 2022 roster and go through the players. There are Atleast 3 first round draft picks. Kelly is running out of excuses

Who were the studs that Kelly inherited? I'm not saying the players they developed, the actual studs they inherited?

They were viewed as talented players but certainly not first round picks when he was hired.

BK is disappointed. For the third week in a row he's disappointed.

Remind us again whose recruits O inherited to win a NC?

Sure, all coaches want a NC on their resume.

You saying at the end of 2021 season Nabers and BTJ were first round talents?
