Who will both parties run in 2028?

Republicans seem like it’ll be JD Vance for President. Who will be his VP candidate?
No clue who the Democrats will run, but it does seem like there has been some focus and change for AOC? Maybe they are priming her for a Presidential run?

Vance
Newsom, Shapiro, Whitmer, Beshear. No clue who wins that primary

I doubt the latter. I say Vance and Hair Gel.

Whomever wins between Vance and Desantis for Republican
Newsome, Shapiro, or Polis for the Dems.

This. While Newsome has a lot more baggage than Shapiro, he's got donors with deeper pockets and is far for charismatic. Josh Shapiro also looks like he's about 5'7, and height is surprisingly important for voters.

AOC may be a leftwing nutjob, but she is pretty consistent with her views - like Bernie Sanders. She is too the left of Bernie, though, and while she might rile up her base, I don't think her base is big enough to pull in enough people to win the Presidency.
She could be dangerous if our economy collapses and she starts appealing to people with her communist ideas. This would need to happen before gravity begins to affect her too much and people stop paying attention to her.

AOC would gift the election to R’s again. Hopefully that’s who they nominate.

DeSantis is done if Trump accomplishes even 25% of what he’s set out to do, if he flames out somehow it brings him back into play but Vance is a massive favorite to be the nominee and will be a force in the election.

Dems are all in on Newsome
JD vs Gavin. 75% chance

I hope the GOP puts up a faithful Christian who trusts in Jesus Christ alone by faith alone for his salvation and lives a life consistent with that profession of faith.

They’re going to stick with identity politics instead of real policy. They’re going to use AOC, because in their monkey brains think this will help regain the male latino vote, and use her as a guinea pig to go on mainstream podcasts over the next four years. When they realize she’s only opened her mouth and removed all doubt how stupid she is she’ll be kicked from the primaries for someone more digestible that won’t go on podcasts ultimately making them better in comparison since you know less about them.

Counterargument, Trump is a divisive person that people can and will tire of, and much like anyone associated with Bush, Vance may get caught up in that.
Desantis at that point will have an even larger damn solid conservative track record of running one of the largest states in the country. I believe he's term limited two years from now, so he also may take another role with more mass appeal than VP.

Even Californians have grown weary of Newsom and his Bay Area (a la Pelosi and Kamala) ways.
He’s got major issues with rampant crime, homelessness and a prison system that’s a revolving door.
Not a winning candidate, and the DNC knows it.

Doesn't matter. The elitists in the democrat party are in love with him. Remember when he spent all that time in WH when Biden left for a Middle East tour in 2022? It was weird, but telling.

You might need to form a new party for this and call it the lying party since you aren’t going to find a non sinner out there.
