He’s past his prime which wasn’t even that great. Coasted on an easy schedule at Notre Dame where it’s Ok to be soft. Now he’s old and lazy and needs to retire. He clearly can’t handle being in the SEC. He’s simply not good enough. He never was and now he’s close to retirement age. Lsu will soon have to bite the bullet again and pay way too much money to get rid of a coach. He’s in his 3rd year and the team is getting worse not better. Have a good retirement coach!

Saturday night showed you he'll never win big here. It's over, nail in the coffin. Won't recover from that. It goes downhill starting Saturday.

I'm done with him and I'm honestly surprised it was that quick for me. Figured I'd need five years to get to this point.

I disagree. We needed Kelly to not go 5-7, but he should have only been hired for 4 years to get us back on track. Then, we should have made the splash hire to get back to championship level.

Anyone looking at Kelly's resume should have known he can't win the big games.

He does not appear to be good enough, no.

The promotion of Sloan has not gone well. Under no circumstance should an inexperienced play caller have that position at LSU.

House was a disaster and the defense is still reeling.

Special Teams has improved over the three years but is still a ways away.

The team often look completely unprepared. That’d be coaching. Right?

It was as unprepared for a game as I've ever seen an LSU team including 1/9.

I think he's a good/great coach, not elite, but 10 year contracts are insane for all involved. He has had a decent rebuild, the question is if we can have a consistent top 10 level team with SEC scheduling. If we cannot, this hire tops out as mid outside of a championship.

The only one I can compare it to is the 2020 Bama game. But by that game the season was already over and half the team was injured or quit. There was still everything to play for on Saturday

That isn't the game or team you want to be compared to but that's where we're at.

I wouldn’t be surprised if we lost to Vanderbilt this weekend. They have a lot to play for. We don’t.

So you’re predicting a loss to Florida.

Laughing all the way to the bank. Kelly, and his Agent, made Woodward look like a fool, bigger than Jimbogate

The OL was supposed to be what he brought to the table. We were supposed to have it by this year for sure. It just hasnt materialized to the field.
