There are other problems but he is by far the biggest problem. By. Far.

Kelly is not built for SEC football.
Every time they showed him on the sideline in the last 2 games, he looks like he’s in la-la land. Looks completely defeated and lost.
How can a man expect his players to have fight when their leader shows ZERO fight.
The man displays himself as weak, soft and a man that is used to losing.
That is extremely alarming.

I disagree. Without him, we have zero offensive threat. I'd say a bigger problem is the poor OL play along with the complete inability to establish a running game. Poor coaching and truly awful play calling by Sloan are also big contributors to this mess.
