...That's on me as a coach. We know what we saw on the field Saturday night was on the coach. Two weeks of preparations and that is the product you put out. Just tired of hearing that the lack of preparation is on them because we all see it. Now what?

Kellys teams don’t really shown any intensity or edge. They’ve gotten run off the field two games in a row by more physical, tougher teams.

He should gracefully retire. I have no confidence in a coach who admits in a postgame interview that his team didn't prepare for another team's backup QB.
Brian Kelly is presently the lamest of lame ducks-- like Ed O after he received the boot or Jimbo last year. He's just a very costly placeholder now.

I get tired of hearing it too but he is deflecting player criticism at the moment. We need to face it, the talent on this team is lacking in a lot if places. The lack of speed on defense is killing us. The lack of a running game strategy that doesnt need a running QB to execute it is killing us…

This was always a problem to me when he was hired. I think the defense plays hard they just aren't that great at some spots.
Now the offense has talent but can't get any push on running plays. So what do they do? They run these slow assdeveloping pull plays. That shite is nuts

It used to be LSU had a shite offense, but the defense was always good enough to keep it competitive for the most part.
Now not only is the offense vomit, but the defense can’t stop a nosebleed.
Linebackers are slow and can only tackle downhill, secondary can’t cover or tackle. DL is decent at best.
