It’s not just to affect the electoral votes it’s to turn those states red. He knows exactly what he’s doing here and it’s scorched earth. The dems will throw a major fit over it when he tries to get this done.

That wouldn't require a constitutional amendment. A simple federal law would suffice; and with both houses we have the power to make that happen shortly after they are sworn in.

Some of that I absolutely love and then other parts where he talks about cracking down on whistleblowers. I'm not so sure about. I expect he'll accomplish some of that. I hope it's the parts I like if he rips apart fisa courts and neuters most of the justice department. It's a win for everyone.
