I’ll start.
One of the smartest things was only going 1 debate with Harris. Subsequent debates would have had no benefit for him.

Working a McDonald's shift and showing up in a garbage truck really made it hard for the left to cast the guy as America's next Hitler.

Aligning with JKF, Elon, Tulsi, etc.
Getting him on the several popular podcast to have longform talks. This goes for JD Vance too. It's amazing how much different it is when you can hear candidates actually talk about issues for more than 2 minutes.
Non-stop campaigning.

Picking JD Vance — very likable, young, energetic, easy to relate to.

Fist pumping after getting clipped by a bullet.

In this campaign... showing some restraint. The debate format actually worked in his favor in my opinion.

The “is she black or is she Indian, I respect both, clearly she doesn’t” was a brilliant move. You will not convince me that was just a bad moment. It was intentional.
I think it subconsciously registered with a LOT of black voters. It was a chink in the armor of Kamala’s glass ceiling crowd. The media was forced to “defend her blackness” for a whole week, and the seed was planted that she isn’t “fully black”.

Consulting with his very tall son, Baron Trump, about various podcasters and social media influencers who assisted the campaign.

"Kamala is for they/them. President Trump is for you."
That was a devastating ad.

JD Vance was a great VP pick. I believe that the Dems coming out and branding him as weird back fired on them big time. Vance had great approval and Walz was the one that was weird.
The Trump campaign realized that media consumption has changed. The median age of MSM viewers is 68. They went after younger voters with the great podcast strategy. Dems were touting knocking on doors like it was 1980 and Kamala went on friendly interviews and still sucked. That strategy changed presidential politics forever.
Although quite a few conservatives still have PTSD from 2020, Lara Trump's strategies helped eliminate the massive opportunities to steal. The ballot dumps of 100k+ just werent there this time around.. Anything that was tried was shot down quickly. I believe we will start hearing from some guilty consciences soon on 2020.
You put an army of poll watchers and lawyers out there and you win the popular vote? You get Voter ID and GOP becomes competitive in some deep blue areas.
Tulsi. She was the most likable Dem in the 2020 cycle and the biggest mistake the Dems ever made was pushing her out. She could have been the first woman president. Might still be.

Hiring someone to shoot him while perfectly timing a head turn so the bullet barely clipped his ear.
That shite was genius and turned the momentum.

I think going on Rogan had to have played a big role. I know he was at the Bama-Georgia game with Hank Jr, Kid Rock, and Daly. I know that he probably had the baw vote already on lockdown but showing that he is one of us goes a long way.

His debate prep for the first debate with Joe Biden.
America saw a controlled non angry Trump explaining his positions and not trying to agitate what was clearly a declining man.
Complete opposite of debate 1 2020.
That’s why he won suburban women this time

Having Lara in charge of a network of people keeping an eagle eye on potential cheating.

I liked the line: “That’s ok because their wives are gonna vote for me… and their Wive’s lovers are gonna vote for me”
Also… FB Zuckerberg kinda leaning Trump in an interview really affected some younger voters.

Destroying Potato Head in the debate that gave him Kam. It was a win win scenario for Big Doc!
