Florida- Amendments 3 and 4 failed

Sorry Florida won't be a haven for potheads and elective third term abortions, suck it libs!
I was surprised to see that Amendment 3 (pot) got a lower % (55) than Amendment 4 (abortion) at 57%.

I live close enough to have seen a lot of commercials, could not tell what either of them was actually supposed to do.

I voted no on both. I voted yes on medical weed last time, which passed.
But the yuuuge news nobody is talking about: Amendment 2 passed which does away with hunting and fishing licenses for Florida. Daddy government took a big black eye here. I’m so glad that people can now go fishing without worrying about getting a hefty fine.

The weed amendment was on track to get 60% when it got killed with some last minute commercials that stressed that as it was written there would be no restrictions on where you could smoke weed (restraunts, theme parks etc).
The abortion amendment lost because it changed parental permission to parental notification for minors. They ran horror story commercials that were shown to be untrue.

I voted Yes for Amendment 3 - Trump supported it, Desantis opposed it.
But I have my medical card so ok with it failing.

I'm fairly certain this is incorrect.
It does NOT limit the authority given to FWC. By all accounts, this was a mostly worthless amendment from what I can see. It does very little. All it really does is make fishing and hunting a priority over other methods or not being allowed at all.
There's still going to be a license. Theres still a season. There's still limits. Etc. Best I can tell.
