None of the compact states are bound to do this because the compact never got more than 270 Electoral votes.

No the binding only occurs when they can get enough states to have more than 270 electoral votes, which was clearly stated.

even IF the compact was active, CO would weasel out of doing so - in yesterday's election CO also passed a constitutional amendment to kill babies at any point and be paid by taxpayer dollars, an additional excise tax on firearm purchases above/beyond sales tax, and amended the constitution to remove "man and woman" from the legal definition of marriage
