That's shocking with the republican vote and Trump endorsing it.

That was not a straight up legalization bill. It was a "who gets to grow it?" bill.

This wasn't just a legalize weed mandate in Florida. There were other issues with the amendment which is why it didn't pass or one of the primary reasons. Had they allowed people to grow their own - It would pass.

Friend,

Great news. Let us hope the great people of Florida will continue this movement and make illegal alcohol again and also tobacco. These drugs do nothing but harm to individual, family, and society.

Yours,

What’s the final vote tally on it? I think it needed 60%.

Listen, in college (during the aughts and early 2010s) no one loved weed more than me

Big part of my life from my sr yr of highschool up until i had a kid a few years ago

Now as a more mature and wiser mid 30 year old , who still attends a few Widespread Panic and Jam Band shows per year, I think this is the right call.

Look at the cesspool Colorado has become.

Let it be decriminalized with benign penalties but full on legalization is asking for organizd crime to take over and become empowered.

I'm all for Medicinal Marijuana btw.

I voted against it. Let them do it but make them try to hide it. Tired of walking out of airports in legal states into a walking cloud of pot smoke.

Nothing has improved from imprisoning people over a plant due to a fricked up narrative created by some rich a-hole over a hundred years ago who didn’t like the competition of a superior product known as hemp.
