Michigan lost their 4 star QB commit and now has offered Bryce Underwood $5mil to flip. I’ve heard what we have already offered him is similar and I’m guessing we will continue to match whatever he’s offered.. I think he’d be unwise to flip considering our recent QB success but it’s something angsty to follow..

No one has mentioned this here or on the recruiting board. Appreciate you informing the group.

I love college football but can't stand the NIL crap.

When guys are getting offered 5 million who haven't stepped foot on a college football field yet that's just insane to me.

Ewers was a perfect example getting all that money from Ohio St and didn't do anything at all there.

Going to say it again… why would Bryce take a million, or even 2 million dollar higher offer from Michigan when you know damn well that program isn’t going to set you up for the much bigger offer and payday that awaits come NFL, like LSU will. Bryce has even already acknowledged the same concept in a video/interview someone posted recently. Michigan is not a QB school and is not the place to become a better QB. Knowing all of this, to see him flip this late in the game, would be highly surprising and you would have to think they are throwing much higher gobs of money at him than 3-5 million.

This is exactly why I don't see him flipping. Michigan hasn't produced a QB worth a shite since Tom Brady.

He’ll have success anywhere he goes. Staying home always has its draw so you never know with Michigan. He should just go wherever he’s most happy and if that doesn’t work out he can just transfer somewhere else

What happens when a player gets millions to play and then ends his season in practice or gets in trouble out of it? Just tough shite?

Happy for him throwing three passes a game for six yards . Nuss throws twenty in the first quarter .

It’s not $5 million at once and I’m sure there are stipulations.

It’s not just “Come to Michigan and get $5 million “

I think the fact that "Michigan isn't a QB School" is the reason Dave Portnoy is pledging top pay to top QB's. He's trying to make it (your words, not mine) a "QB school". I wish some of our super wealthy ALUM would do something similar. Pick a position, and fund it.

he will decommit and it will be a domino effect after that. LSU will just be a mediocre middle of the pack team in the SEC. Its over. Bama will probably hire Cignetti from Indiana and will dominate again.

Bama is now looking for a coach? You have to be a special kind of stupid to even post this for others to see.
