Flew Breeze to Charleston. No complaints.

Make sure you are not on a tight timetable. Two flights per day, two days per week. Your flight gets canceled because they are short of crews? You are screwed. They will not rebook you on another airline, and they put up a fight over paying for hotels, rental car, etc...
Also there is no 800 number, you can only chat online.
I was livid at how bad the service was.

Once last year. Great experience but above warnings about cancelled flights and customer service valid.
Would fly again to avoid changing planes.

Did Charleston a couple of months ago. It’s like Spirit. Employees somewhat unprofessional in a couple of instances. It was worth the price and quick flight to Charleston though. Hard to beat a 1:20 minute direct flight to Charleston at least.

You get what you pay for, took my family off 4 from Ohio to Tampa in June. Used my military ID to get 2 pieces of luggage free. I think I only paid for one. Biggest hassle I had was the weight for one was a little too high so I had to move a couple of things to another suitcase. Other than that, pretty smooth. One side of the plane had 2 seats, 3 on the other. So I paid extra to sit together, 2 and 2. Not bad value for a straight flight.
