Most of the season they've been playing back not covering short and middle passes. As long as we take what they give us, even if it's dink and dunk, this should be our game. I don't think going deep Will be as safe.

Elko is a really good defensive mind. He’s gonna throw some stuff at us/Nuss that we haven’t seen before. They’ll pick their spots, but take some high risk/high reward shots. If our OL can keep them from getting home, there will be big plays to be had.

Sounds exactly like what others have been saying in their podcasts. So was this an original thought or did you just steal it from them?

Just like we did against Arky. We controlled the ball with short passing game, and keeping their offense off the field was crucial to help our defense. I don't think our best d effort of the year was not helped by our offensive ball control with short passing first, run second

What does it matter if it is an original thought or what he has heard from the so called experts? There is some on here that evidently live miserable lives.

Agree. A game plan similar to last week should work. I hope Durham is healthy and gets the most touches for the season so far.

If A&M give us the short passes, LSU must stop with the motion penalties. Otherwise drives will stall. It takes good discipline on offense to avoid penalties. Likewise the D Side much not commit penalties that keep the opponents drives alive.
