What’s the last thing y’all chow down on before that big colonoscopy cleanse kicks in? I’m talkin’ about that final meal, the one you savor before it’s all broth and Gatorade. What’s on your plate?

Cavier and fancy imported European cured meats with grey poupon. This is the OT, sir.

I don’t focus on the meal before. More so the meal after. I had one earlier this year.

Absolutely engorged myself afterwards.

You act like its your last meal. fricking eat your lunch and then swig down a couple bottles of Mag Citrate. No biggie. You will be cleansed out and eating again the next morning after getting that tube stuck up your arse. Why so dramatic?

That stuff is so effective I thought about adding some sugar and pounding a bottle once a month for a cleanse.

Quit being a bitch about it.

You should be thinking about your first meal after it is finished.

Think I would concentrate on not eating much at all. Celebrate afterwards. Best thing to do is eat light the day before the cleansing.

I actually start eating lighter two days in advance. It makes the prep process more bearable.

You can’t eat anything the entire day before. I ate a meal Wednesday at 8 and didn’t have a bite of solid food for another 42 hours.

Same. A good Friday 6:00 pm to Monday at noon fast with a cleanse once a month would be fantastic.

Maybe your colon is cleaner than mine since you take it up the butt on your lunch break.

It doesn’t matter because it’s all coming out in liquid form. You should be focusing on the meal you have after the best nap you’ll ever have.

I had a cheeseburger & fries

Lots of cheese always works best.
