Norvell is an absolute fraud

FSU backed the brinks for a guy who has never even made the CFP and is setting historic records for arguably fielding the worst P5 team in years. Yet that motherfricker still managed to beat us twice 
I hope they lose every single game this year and still keep him for the next 2-3 years. No way does FSU has the boosters to pay a $65,000,000

Maybe it just doesnt always come together when you portal alot. He had a really good team last year. You dont fire a coach one year later after he just went 12-0.

After this year Norvell will have more losing seasons at FSU than winning seasons. He makes 10 million a year

FSU is about to have one of the biggest record turnarounds ever.

Not to totally absolve Norvell of this mess, but at what point do people above him start shouldering some blame?
It's easy to laugh at Jimbo, but he openly criticized the FSU administration for not doing enough to keep them competitive. Maybe he was onto something?
It sure seems like something stinks in that program beyond just the coaches, and has for a while.

Last year was over when the starting QB got hurt. It was pretty much an "all in " situation for them. I don't necessarily think he's a bad coach, it's just the higher ups who make those decisions. Clemson and FSU should've both been the pecking order in the ACC for a long time. Unfortunately, one program got it right, the other let some 100 year old hang around way too long, and it's chosen one walked arse backwards and got a ring and then bailed. Memo to Florida/FSU. Facilities matter. Stop with "we've built plenty in the last 5 years" nonsense. LSU was forever behind the times, until Saban, and they've won 2 titles with 2 knucklehead coaches after he departed. Maybe FSU has an administrative and AD problem, just like UF. Norvell will get paid to leave, and bounce back somewhere else.

We didn't get to get blown out in the playoff. We have to go 2-10. What kind of shite is that? Half the team wasn't even there last year so what do they care about that.

It’s not an emotional issue. It’s a program issue…a talent issue.
It’s not as easy as you pretend it is.
