It was the best I’ve seen all season. South Alabama took me 2 hours. 20 mins tonight.

Yep. OP definitely didn’t go to the game, as he started upwards of 70 threads tonight. Why he would make up that he went or was in traffic is beyond me

That's still the cluster frick.
Highland and Burbank work very well with contraflow. But River Road is still a mess.

I was parked at the golf course across from the Box and chose Nicholson over Burbank to get back to I-10 E.
I was back in Metairie before 1:30 a.m.
The walk back to my car took longer than anything else.

They have absolutely screwed up river road going to the casino. Didn’t get home until 2 AM… didn’t care so much after the big W

I'd say best I've seen in years. They finally started letting people exit the contraflow at Lee. In years past I had to do all the way down to Essen before I could get out of the traffic and then I'd have to backtrack. It was infuriating. Last night was a vast improvement for anyone heading east. Also, the police were actually out there directing traffic instead of just sitting in their vehicles at intersections.

Just made it home. Normally a 25 minute drive, took 8 1/2 hours.
