The WISDOM of the Founding Fathers is mind BLOWING!!

The Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution states that powers not given to the federal government are reserved for the states or the people.
Why would the citizens of this country wish for a "CENTRALIZED" government out of Washington, DC? Let's take the abortion issue, for example.
Why would you wish to live in a state that forbids the abortion? For me, I wish to live around those who think or behave as I do. Why would any person wish to give the Federal Government the POWER FORBIDDEN them by the US Constitution to regulate matters that are outside their purview?
Why do you want a Central Government?

10th amendment was neutered by the ‘commerce clause’. One little phrase allowed the central power to pounce

Which is why the Founding Fathers left such regulatory decisions to the states. Those fellas were smart enough to know what regulatory decisions were necessary for the survival of the country and left the remaining regulatory decisions to the states themselves.
All POLITICS are LOCAL!! Look at how that fella who wore Nancy Sinatra's boots is doing with federal incompetence. We need more of it. I believe any "freedom" loving American would feel much better with only a local government to really worry about.

The local populist would have tarred and feathered local officials before it ever got the attention of DC
