Friend,

My three worst so far this year:

3. IF
2. Wolverine Deadpoll
1. Megalopolis

Each incredibly bad for entirely different reasons.

Yours,

God's Not Dead 4: We The People

I have no idea how this series is still going. Awful acting, awful production, awful everything.

I'm happy to say I haven't seen any of them.

Based on what I understand, I'm guessing Borderlands is the worst.

The others have at least a few redeeming qualities here and there, but but Borderlands looks like an excruciating experience.

Rebel Moon pt 1 for me. That movie sucked. I never bothered with pt 2 or the directors cuts.

This movie isn't that bad. I get that people didn't like the choices Phillips made, but from a product standpoint, it's a very well made film.

One of the best video game franchises in history got the original Mario Brothers treatment. Stupid casting decisions and just stupid decisions all around turned something that could have been outstanding into trash.

Joker 2

Was never meant to be made. They said that from the very start. What follows in this movie is essentially undoing everything the first movie did.

Hard pass.

No mention of The Crow remake? It's supposedly laughably bad.

Argylle. I can't imagine I'll see any of other ones you listed.

Argylle was offensively lazy and stupid, and the was close to 2.5 hours of it. Maybe it offended me more than it should have because I usually like Matthew Vaughn.

I have Night Swim, The Idea of You, The Deliverance, and Godzilla x Kong rounding out my bottom five.

It’s mystifying how Hollywood keeps making this same mistake. It just seems impossible.

Yeah, Argylle sucked. My wife and I were actually excited by the premise. It sounded good on paper. And even if it wasn’t good, it still had a few entertaining elements I suppose but then it just got so damn goofy and it never wanted to end. Felt like four hours.

That said, the Crow remake makes Argylle look like Godfather 2. My wife just really wanted to go see a movie and the Crow fit our schedule. My god, that was bad.

The Crow was the worst I’ve seen this year by a mile. One of the worst movies I’ve seen in a theater.

Godzilla X Kong sucked. Argyle sucked. Probably some others I can’t think of…was Wish in 2024? That sucked.

Crow was worst.

Sure, dude. Wouldn't want to keep your own thread on topic, I guess.

I haven’t seen a few mentioned but Argyle or Trap would be my answers.

Argyle did have some fun goofy Vaughn elements, so I’ll give it that.

Trap was bad from every element but it had some suspense. Hartnet’s dialogue was written by a first year film student dropout. I can’t tell if it was supposed to show his manic behavior or just bad writing.

I’m confident both were better than Crow.

Joker 2
Crow
Omen

Are the worst I sat through. I didn't make it through Madame Web or Borderlands.
