Do not expect wholesale change when the two of them are part of the trust to run her estate. Even if Mickey steps aside, they will promote from within.
The media is so afraid that they’ll be uninvited to her Christmas luncheon at Antoine’s that they won’t write a negative story.

DBG, Gayle has no business owning an NFL team. As I said, she is in it only for fortune and fame. She has given full control to Loomis and to be honest don’t think he gives a shite either about the team only his wallet!

She has no idea how to run a company and I’ve been aware of that since her previous marriage. Dennis Lauscha is nothing more than her personal financial planner. She does not have the business acumen to make tough decisions.
Do you think Mickey has been an above average GM in recent? Because if you don’t, who’s going to fire him?
This organization has been without a rudder for five to six years and it’s not showing any signs of progress.
What do I want her to do? Put people in place to move things forward that know they have to prove something. Not two people that used to put a copy of the 2009 Times Picayune on the old man’s desk in 2015 knowing his mind was gone.

She is never going to do that. She leaves football decisions to others just like an owner should. Now the people in charge have too much loyalty. Owners don't make football decisions besides Jerry Jones. The GM does.

Hold the front office accountable for putting a championship caliber team on the field. Not all owners do this. Some only care about the bottom line and not so much about winning.

I want the GM of the team to have some semblance of fricking accountability and not have a position that is too big to fail. I don’t want them to be so cozy with the owner that there are a made man.
There is a frickload of real estate of competent ownership between a clueless gold digger like Gayle and a meddling old man like Jones.
