We should be ranked #5

According to my latest models, only the following teams are ahead of LSU:
1. Indiana
2. Texas
3. Oregon
4. Ohio State
Based on the criteria, LSU lands at #5 with Penn State following at 6th. Ole Miss comes in next at 7th, and Georgia, Miami, and Clemson round out the top 10. Should be a great 5 vs 7 matchup next weekend in Death Valley!
Of note, Alabama lands all the way down at 17

They will not be in the top 20 with a loss to Ole Piss. 2 losses and one to a bad UsC team isn’t getting it done in the eyes of the voters. Lots of teams are 4-1.

Unironically, that Indiana team is very good. I'd suggest looking up their roster, basically everyone is 5th or 6th year transfer players that were good to elite on their prior teams. And the coach brought JMU's entire roster that went 11-2 last year with him. I wouldn't be shocked if they can hang with Ohio State, it's probably the most veteran-laden team in CFB history

I don’t understand the logic of anyone who believes LSU should be a Top 5 team. Those people are fricking idiots.
As a voter would you rank them in the Top 5? Nope. They are ranked 13 where they should be and IF they lose to Ole Piss they would be out of the Top 20 BECAUSE of the loss to USCw.
That’s exactly what I said and exactly what I believe would happen. They beat Ole Piss, they deserve a Top 10 ranking.
This team is going to lose a minimum of 3 more games because of their lack of defense UNLESS they can have long sustaining drives to keep the opposing teams offense off of the field (listen to Kelly’s press conference today).
You all can whine and complain about this and that but at the end of the day they simply do not have the talent on defense to be a “complimentary football team”.
Please provide a rebuttal with evidence that demonstrates otherwise.
