This is dumb as hell . He was a dual threat as a true freshman. Even when his passing wasn't top tier, he was a dangerous runner, which is a single threat.

Yall truly forget just how awful Nuss was before he got coached up. Nuss is a fourth year player that had thrown over 200 passes before this year. He was in a stable condition with elite pass blocking. He has been in the same system for the last 2 years, and going into his 3rd year of it now. He has an actual QB coach too. I expected nothing less than what he is currently doing. The only thing im pleasantly suprised about is the lack of ints.

I give Nuss his props now, but if you're talking shite about QBs like Nico, I'd like to point to you Nuss's game vs Southern 2 years ago. Nico will develop just like Nuss did. We can't sit here and act like Nuss would have been prime Brees when we were changing OL every week six weeks straight 2 years ago. He would have been hated by yall if he had been the starter 2 years ago, and that is a fact. That half a quarter vs Southern really soured a lot of yall on the kid until he did what he did vs UGA.

I wish people would say this shite about JD vs FSU 2 years ago. The worst special teams play, horredous OL play all game, WRs dropping multiple TDs, yet the only player doing something to win the game, was blamed them most, outside of coaches.

Some of yall play that favoritism shite. I remember people going after Daniels after the 2023 Ole Miss game as well.

Something I've realized heavy on this board is none of yall like Nuss to receive ANY critism, when you dogged Daniels any chance you got. Nuss not taking easy wide open runs and missing a 4 yard pass, is how we lost vs USC. Sure, the defense wasn't the best, but we held USC to 27. Sure the coaching was asschecks for portions of the game, but Nuss has to make a play. He's the one playing the game.

With all that said, Nuss is damn good for LSU, however, i wish he would make more explosive plays
