Would Biden declare martial law delay election

What would happen if Biden declared martial law and delayed election because of Hurricane Helena? Liberal cities like Ashville NC seem to have severe damage. Would anything happen if Biden delayed the election?

Are these all small towns that are flooding badly? Any major population centers effected as far as getting voting machines to the locations?

Martial law would not delay the election. POTUS does not have that authority.

Tens of thousands were displaced from their homes weeks before the election.
Nobody is postponing an election or enacting martial law over regional natural disasters.
Much more likely scenario is they assassinate Trump, MAGA takes to the streets to protest, MAGA is declared a threat to national security, concentration camps are opened, election is postponed indefinitely.
That was the goal 7/13 but God had other plans.

They are liable to rush aid pretty fast and expedite things unlike other states and natural disasters that took a few days or weeks before giving a major disaster declaration.

Its a mix with the rural areas being flooded which go Republican but Urban areas like Asheville which are solid Democrat are also affected. WNC is mostly Republican but the Urban centers like Asheville and Boone always go Democrat.
