Usually I take I10 coming from the west side of the boot for a Lsu gameday. Never took Hwy 190. Which is less of a cluster frick, 190 or I10? Opinions thanks!

I10 is clean sailing

Depends on if you're coming from I-10 just further west than Lafayette, or from North LA. 190 everytime coming from North LA. No need to go across the basin bridge if you don't have to, but if you're already on I-10, I'd just stay on it.

Coming from off of I-10. Real reason I’m asking is to avoid Basin and Mississippi River Bridge I know with accidents usually things can get very backed up. Lake Charles to be exact.

Coming from off of I-10.
If you lived between each of the options during the week, Id have a different answer.
Enjoy the game.

If you take 190 you can stop in Krotz Springs and get boudin balls from Billy's. Absolutely worth it.

Depends what time and day and how big an opportunity Gordon has to get something done.

When you across Miss River bridge and see Tiger Stadium all lit up......wow.

190 and not even close! I drive it all the time and for many years.

I figure if I leave Lake Charles 6:30-9am I10 should be clear and rolling. Anything later than that time it’ll be chaos. I expect Tiger Stadium to be shoulder to shoulder for Oct.12th

Thanks gentlemen for the advice. Good luck with south Ala this week. Keep them jaguars caged.
