The stadium being hot is admittedly a good excuse for what fans would have already done

Let’s be honest bros. If this game was at 7pm, y’all would be on I-10 east heading to New Orleans by 9:15. “But dude I was just trying to beat the traffic”
That’s the excuse that was used when we played Arkansas last year. Night game. Classic SEC rival. Probably 83° in the stadium, normal humidity. Close game in the 4th quarter and the stadium is like 75% full. What was our excuse then?
Don’t even get me started on the non-conference night games where it’s like 60% by mid 3rd quarter even if we’re only up 14-20pts. Countless times over the past few years.
If yesterday was overly hot, that’s completely fine, but let’s not gaslight ourselves into thinking we’d actually care to stay for this game if it was at night. This fanbase has had a problem for a while with leaving early.

Why weren’t you at the game supporting the Tigers?
It’s insane that people who don’t even go to games complain about the people that do. Get your lazy arse up off your couch and go to the game and stay all game if you are so worrried about it.

All this talk of the mystic of Tiger Stadium…it’s true…but for like 1 game a year. All other games it’s a normal college experience

the stadium is probably 15k too large, the uppers are cheaper but it’s still very expensive when you factor everything in, and it feels like you’re watching from the moon
