That’s the only way to keep him, and I would be all for it.

We can’t let someone else come make Kubiak a head coach and leave us stuck with Dennis Allen. It’ll be back to the drawing board and back to mediocrity if that happens.

We cannot allow that to happen. I wish someone else would have tried Kubiak at offensive coordinator before we did so that we would be able to pluck him away.

Yeah, so the Defense can go to sheet and we start losing 44-48 every week. No thank you.

Yeah let’s get Payton back so we can keep going 7-9 every year.

I hate these losers. The team believes in DA. The coaches you desperately want to keep believe in him too.

If Klint leaves, we have the system and we’ll hire his brother, Griese or Janocko.

So Dennis Allen wins two games and you clowns compare him to Bill Belichick? Lmao

Is this Mickey Loomis’s burner account?

Where am I wrong? You think Dennis Allen magically became a competent head coach and is responsible for this turnaround?

DA hired Kubiak till otherwise proven.
It was a fantastic hire with so far fantastic results.
Or did you think our oline was this good?

And Kubiak may actually be smarter than you. He can be paid top OC money with zero threat of being fired. Zero. And he can learn what makes this D click.
Or he could listen to your arse and take the HC of Cleveland or the panthers. Many ways he stays. Why so negative nancy?

This team stunk on ice before Kubiak arrived. Most of the roster is the same as last year.

It’s still probably a little early to make this kind of evaluation.

But if by week 12 Kubiak still looks like the “best young hire made in the league this year” then you have to keep Kubiak.

It’s not a even close.

DA is responsible for hiring Klint and overhauling the offensive line coaching.
DA is responsible for the entire defense and the players, dating back to Sean Payton.
DA / Mickey are responsible for the entire offensive personnel

So how exactly is DA not responsible for the turnaround and what some are calling the best team in the league through 2 weeks?

I would imagine the new offensive system will officially be instilled in Nola and that Janocko would get first crack at being the new offensive coordinator if Kubiak did get poached away after the season..

Janocko has been with Kubiak for quite a few seasons

Dennis Allen defenses don't grow on tree's either, just like a Kubiak style offense..

ETA: Allen also brought in Benton to help coach with the young Kubiak. That was a massive hire after seeing our oline these past 2 games.

Even a blind squirrel finds an acorn once in a while. Allen is lucky that Kubiak is bailing him out and stopping him from getting fired this season.

Is the secondary exactly the same so far?
No new lbers or Dlineman. Same punter? Same 5 guys playing the same 5 positions on the oline?
Are you just baiting with such comments?

Possibly the dumbest thing I've ever seen on this site, and that's saying something.

Jesus. You can't claim DA is the worst coach ever when all these guru offensive coaches wanted to coach under him. Remember the threads before the hire that nobody would want to work for Allen?

it's almost like you don't know what you're talking about and walk around with a new iberia haircut and a ghetto whiteboy new orleans accent bitching about Allen. You know the type

Very low iq fans in NOLA, sadly.
