To the brilliant legal minds here.....
It's illegal for a non citizen to vote in a federal
election, correct?
If they state allows, a non citizen can vote in state/local elections, correct?
The issue is that the states have no measures in place to determine if the person is a legal citizen during a federal election.
Couldn't an citizen of the state or a group sue the state government for not ensuring the integrity of federal elections?

These accidental voter registrations don’t happen at all. There is not one illegal alien coming into this country and thinking that I need to vote to get their voice heard, not one. This is American people outright choosing to do this to falsely elect someone
