Haitians are driving Americans out of Springfield, Ohio homes

I watched a short interview in Springfield. Landlords are not renewing rent to Americans and renting to Haitians for more money because our government is paying so much.
Up to 12 Haitians living in a 2-3 bedroom home. Sitting on the porch in the middle of the day scrolling on their phones

If this is true then the Americans have a valid discrimination claim against the property owners giving preference based on their ethnicity, race, and national origin. Unconstitutional on the face and the Americans need to be filing suit left and right.
