Low level offenders is basically 90% of NO residents.. Not sure this changes anything

Elections have consequences.


Unfortunately, law-abiding and decent citizens are the ones that pay are impacted by those consequences.

It just seems dumb. I mean... you know there's a fairly good chance of a hurricane hitting the area... if you don't want to be stranded in jail during a hurricane, then don't do things that would land you in jail in the first place.
