Venezuelan Gangs "The Oaks of North Dallas" 15 Minutes from Plano/Frisco

When I first moved to DFW I lived in this apartment complex, it was really nice with two pools, gym, weekend sand volleyball.
It was mostly young professionals just starting out making decent money, it was clean, nice and a fun place to live.
I was intrigued about these reports so I rode over and looked for myself Saturday. Not a white person in site, trash piled up a story high and strewn all over, groups of men sitting in circles in the parking lot drinking at 11 am, broke down cars everywhere. As we drove through the Venezuelans were all peering off their balconies at us.
Fast Forward To 2024 :
1. Dallas police confirmed gang activity in North Dallas has been linked to the Tren de Aragua gang from Venezuela,
2. Dallas Latest City Targeted by Venezuelan Gang
3. Members of the Tren De Aragua gang have congregated with other Venezuelans in the northern part of Dallas, nicknamed “Villa Dallas.”
Since the gang’s arrival, the neighborhood has become riddled with illegal street racing, beatings, shootings, and extortion attempts.
At the 7-11 across the street big groups of migrants. people selling food/drink out of trucks (not food trucks) and three Dallas Cop Cars
Some conservative estimates have put the Venezuelan population in the Dallas-Fort Worth area at at least 20,000—with many living in northern Dallas. “Sanctuary cities love classifying themselves as such until it’s time to experience sanctuary city problems. The Dallas City Council made their position quite clear when they embraced a soft-on-crime approach to those in our country illegally,” said Smith.
Looks like a third world country right in our back yard

I drove from Nola to Shreveport and back this weekend. I stopped at many truck stops and gas stations to stretch my back. I was shocked by the amount of illegals at each one. Last one I went to on the way back last night had about 6-8 kids trying out the cappuccino machines acting like it was the 7th wonder of the world.

When I read the story for the first time, I assumed this was some complex south of 635 on the 75 service road but a check on the map showed otherwise. That was one of the complexes I looked at when I first moved to DFW. That’s Collin County, I believe. Hard to believe the residents of the ery nice neighborhoods that start on the north side of Plano Pkwy up past the hospital all the way to Shops at Legacy aren’t demanding action.
There’s a cul de sac on the west side of Preston just south of George Bush that has several apartment complexes. They were not very nice twenty years ago but would be a stronghold for the gangs if they claim them. Only one way in that can be monitored for police.

nice neighborhoods
Bent Tree Golf Course (Million Dollar Homes) is about 5 minutes from this dump
and Prestonwood (where a lot of pro athletes live) is about 10 minutes
Surely once property values start dropping they will stop this madness.

Isn’t Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson supposed to be tough on crime?

Every limousine liberal who voted for Biden and down ballot demo-commies should move out of their safe tasteful mcmansions and condos and into the aforementioned complexes with their new "neighbors"

Only on legal Americans.
These shite birds get away with anything.

This complex isn’t far from my old office on Preston Road. This is close to NICE homes in really good neighborhoods. But when you import the 3rd World, then you become the 3rd World.

Was at a Walmart last Saturday in the New Orleans area. Felt like I was in a 3rd world country. Hispanic couple in checkout line ahead of me had 2 shopping carts full of merchandise. Had to be a few hundred dollars. Came time to pay and they pull out the Louisiana debit card . They did not speak any English. Times are changing, not for the better.

Where is this on the map??
I used to schedule repossessions in Dallas, some guys would outright refuse to do ones in Garland, TX. This sounds pretty close by

I was at a gas station in Ruston about 4-5 months ago one night and had 2 young Hispanics approach me asking if I was hiring in broken English??? We were the only people at the pumps at the time. They had walked up behind me, but I turned around when they were about 10 feet from me. I really felt like they were trying to rob me, but were caught off guard when I turned around on them. These were not the usual Hispanics we see around here. They were taller and skinny and had lots of visible tatoos. I’ve never had issues like this in Ruston.

They're not operating in the beautiful, pristine, and adjacent Collin County for two reasons:
1.) CC courts don't play; and
2.) CC residents don't play.

There was a time Texans wouldn’t have put up with this shite.

Dallas County is an island surrounded by counties with Texans who still wouldn't put up with this shite...

With a hurricane on the way, we may be seeing third world death totals, especially if services go down for any length of time.
