I scanned through the rules in the guide book that accompanies the season tickets. I don’t see anything new.

There weren't many changes but OP is right, the ones they made are ridiculous.
Piss balloons must be in a container with a lid. Not a big problem for us because we have a designated Yeti but I've seen a lot of people using those garbage cans they put out in the past.
Cargo shorts are no longer allowed.
Strict 12 beer limit for 21-30 year olds.
The PMAC will no longer be open for pickup games on gameday.

I took a look at the Fan Guide this week. One section says no generators allowed. Then another section says no loud generators.
