We’re the new Penn St. of the SEC. Soak it in.

We beat Alabama to win the SEC west two years ago. Not excusing this trash tonight but it’s not like we are Florida or anything.

And got destroyed in the SEC title game after shitting the bed against a 4-7 team in the regular-season finale. Didn't win shite last year and that was with a Heisman winner at QB

It's year 3 and the program is still thin on both lines, no consistent running back and a terrible secondary. The head coach finally realizes you need players to win in the SEC but that's going to take a year or 2 of high school recruiting, and his portal adds the last 2 years have been mediocre, at best.

He's turned us into Notre Dame, and that's not a good thing.

Your AD hired a mid coach who underacheived at ND for a decade and paid him $100M.

The defensive line was one of the shockers of the night for me

They looked surprisingly solid

D-line was not a weak point. Secondary was at times, and a lot of it was because we played that stupid prevent defense in the 4th that gave up the last 2 scoring drives. We shot ourselves in the foot with undisciplined unsportsmanlike conduct calls

I remember wanting Sage Ryan to come to Alabama so bad during his recruitment, but now I'm like ""no thanks". Dude is pretty bad

Well no shite. Every other program in the country would miss Jayden Daniels too their first season without him. The fact LSU had both him and Burrow within a 5 year window is pretty dang amazing.

Now do the offensive line in the running game against a mid-at-best USC defense.

It was the logical move to go to the prevent there. They had to match the run out the clock offense LSU started running in the 2nd half after Nuss had a hot hand in the 1st half

Sure we did, but you have to at least SHOW keep on the read option occasionally. It was clear that USC was just crashing to the back every time. Nuss could have kept and run for 15-20 yards a few times last night.

LSU used to be known for defensive prowess at all 3 levels.

They’ve embraced Big 12 Football too much and are now softer than baby shite - they are the Big 12 version of Oklahoma in the SEC.
