I don't know about anyone else, but over the past couple of years when I frequent this board I leave with an overwhelming negative feeling. Then I look at the topics and I'm not sure where yall find this shite, but it's like twitter come to message board with killings and accidents.
Why are yall looking at that stuff so frequently? That's probably the reason so many of yall (sometimes myself included) think the world is going to shite.

The news and social media are also facilitators. But I agree, this site can be incredibly negative at times.

I don't know where you're going in life, but most people and places that leave me with a stressful feeling that is not something I need to deal with I make a plan to remove.
Stress should be something that keeps you going because you're trying to get better, not calm your nerves.

I check the news every day to make sure the world is not actively melting down.
If the headline has any sort of opinion in it, I take it things are pretty good. Opinions are a luxury you don't have when there are actual issues.

That's very weird to follow my post history.
I deleted a lot more than that thread when I went to delete everything. Had a plan to literally delete every post I've ever made in batches.
