Bu-cee's brisket sandwiches, it's easy as it's overrated and 2 miles from the house. Pro tip: they don't smoke them there and have all that shipped in.

Headed to Pensacola for the weekend to do whatever.
Bought my son a Ruger 10/22 this week to add to his "collection". He's spoiled with the Henry with a half arse scope. Picked up a Tisas 1911A1 2 weeks ago to try my entry in the 1911 world

Made some pizzas in a lil pellet fired pizza oven. Makers mark and New Belgium Voodoo IPAs. Bought 4 racks of ribs, some pork steaks, and a chuck roast to smoke on Sunday.

I’ve ran myself ragged the last couple months and decided not to do a damn thing this weekend. I’ll piddle around the house, spend some time getting the animal pens cleaned up, watch a lot of football, and get lost in some bourbon and music.

Smashburgers tonight. Putting a butt on the kettle early tomorrow AM. Boat's still in the shop, so nothing but football and wasting time all weekend.

Ribeyes that might have to go into the air fryer if this monsoon keeps going. Might clear out just in time though, as it also cools down.
